How do I upload payment requests

  1. Login to secure.hypur.com.
  2. Click on Tools.
  3. Select Upload Payment Requests.
  4. Click on the sample-template-file to download a template. 
  5. Fill out the template with your payment request data.
  6. Save the template with as an .xlsx file. 
  7. Click Choose File and select your file.
  8. Click Upload

Note: The Payments page will be updated to show the payment requests that were uploaded. An email will automatically be sent out to all payment request recipients. 

The following fields are available when using the sample-template-file:

  • Business Name
  • Address Line 1
  • Address Line 2 (optional)
  • City
  • State
  • Zip Code
  • Email
  • Phone Number (optional)
  • Contact Person (optional)
  • Invoice Date
  • Invoice Due Date
  • Invoice Number
  • PO Number (optional)
  • Terms (optional)
  • Subtotal (optional) 
  • Tax Rate (optional) 
  • Tax Amount (optional) 
  • Total (optional) 
  • Notes (optional)
  • Part Number
  • Description
  • Quantity (optional) 
  • Unit Price
  • Discount Percent (optional)
  • Discount Amount (optional)
  • Line Gross Sale
  • Is Taxable (optional)
