How to Setup the Headset Integration

Headset is a technology-driven enterprise specializing in delivering advanced business intelligence solutions tailored for the cannabis industry. To initiate the integration of Headset with POSaBIT, please follow the step-by-step guide below:

1. Begin by logging into the POSaBIT POS portal.

2. Navigate to the 'Settings' tab located at the top of the portal, then click on the dropdown menu and select 'Integrations'.

3. On the Integrations page, you will find a 'New API Token' button in blue. Click on it to proceed.

4. Fill in the necessary fields to create a new API key, ensuring to provide the following details:

- Name: (i.e. Headset API Token)
- Expires: We recommend setting an expiration date well into the future (e.g., 01/01/2099).
- Description: This field is optional.
- Permissions: Choose 'Venue Data Access' and 'Enhanced Customer Data Access'.

5. After entering the required information, Save your settings.

6. You will be redirected to the integrations page, where you can view the API token that has been successfully generated.

7. Copy this token and promptly transmit it to the Headset team to facilitate the seamless completion of the integration setup.
