Leafly Online Order Fulfillment

Note: This is the second step of the integrated Leafly online order process:

Once you have accepted a new Leafly order from the POSaBIT POS, it is time to build out the cart. Below are the steps a budtender would take to build out an online Leafly order after it has been accepted.

  1. Gather the requested products and scan them into the cart. Each product must be scanned to confirm that it is the same product and lot# the customer ordered.
    • If a product is unable to be scanned, you can use the product search at the top of the screen to manually add products.
  2. When the order is ready (you can put the scanned products in a bag and write the customer’s name on the bag), once the order is built press the orange Save Pickup Order button in the top right of the screen.
  3. After pressing Save Pickup Order you will be prompted by a pop-up to either mark cart as newpause building the cartmark the cart as filled, or go back to the cart. Additionally, you can add a note to the order.
    • Mark Cart as New: Press this when the order was accidentally opened and has not been worked on at all. This will move the order back to the new column within the order pad.
    • Pause Building Cart: Press this if you are unable to complete building the cart at this time, this will move the order to the middle column on Order Pad labeled Progressing
    • Mark Cart as Filled: Press this when the cart is fully prepared and ready to be picked up
  4. Once you click Mark Cart as Filled, the customer will automatically receive a email from Leafly, letting them know their order is ready for pickup.

Notice: If you try to add a product that was not ordered, a pop-up will ask you to confirm to add it anyways. Additionally, if you remove an item a pop-up warning will have you confirm that you wish to remove the ordered item.
