Edge (Formally EyeRate) x POSaBIT Integration

Edge is a customer communication platform, that provides your business with powerful customer engagement tools to help surface customer feedback, while also keeping budtenders incentivized to bring their customer service 'A-game'. Connect the POSaBIT POS with Edge, to start receiving instant feedback from your customers! To Setup your Integration: 

  1. Login to your POSaBIT POS portal
  2. Navigate to Settings from the main menu, then select Integrations
  3. Click the blue New Integration button
  4. Using the API key and URL endpoint provided by EyeRate, copy and paste your credentials into the appropriate fields, then hit Save
