Edge (Formally EyeRate) x POSaBIT Integration
Edge is a customer communication platform, that provides your business with powerful customer engagement tools to help surface customer feedback, while also keeping budtenders incentivized to bring their customer service 'A-game'. Connect the POSaBIT POS with Edge, to start receiving instant feedback from your customers!
To Setup your Integration:
- Login to your POSaBIT POS portal
- Navigate to Settings from the main menu, then select Integrations
- Click the blue New Integration button
- Using the API key and URL endpoint provided by EyeRate, copy and paste your credentials into the appropriate fields, then hit Save
