Brand Portal - Payments

The Payments Reporting page in the POSaBIT Brand Portal allows you to review, filter, and track payment activity. Follow the steps below to access and use the page.


Step 1: Log In

  • Go to the POSaBIT Brand Portal.
  • Enter your login credentials to access your account.

Step 2: Navigate to the Payments Page

  • From the top navigation bar, click Payments.
  • The Payments Reporting page will load, displaying all payment records in a table.

Step 3: Apply Filters

To narrow down payment results:

  1. Select a State filter:
    • All States
    • Pending
    • Complete
    • Rejected
  2. Choose a Date Range:
    • Use preset options or enter a custom range.
  3. Enter a Retailer Name to filter by a specific retailer.
  4. Enter a Retailer License number if known.
  5. Filter by Amount for specific payment totals.
  6. Search by Reference Number to locate an exact payment.

Step 4: Review the Payment Table

Each row in the table represents a payment. Columns include:

  • State – Current status of the payment.
  • Retailer – The retailer linked to the payment.
  • Payment Type – Will always display as POSaBIT Pay.
  • Retailer License – Retailer’s license number.
  • Reference Number – Unique ID for the payment.
  • Amount – Total amount of the payment.
  • Date – Date the payment was processed.
  • Destination – Last 4 digits of the settlement account.
  • Notes – Notes from the retailer (if any).

Step 5: Use the Information

  • Verify payment statuses (Pending, Complete, Rejected).
  • Track deposits using the Destination column.
  • Quickly locate specific transactions using filters.
  • Review Notes for any retailer-provided context.

This process ensures you can easily monitor and analyze payment activity within the POSaBIT Brand Portal.
