Install Compliance Monitor for BioTrackTHC
Compliance Monitor should be installed on the BioTrackTHC Server used to run your POS system.
- Login to secure.posabit.com.
- Click on Tools.
- Select POSaBIT Connection.
- Click on Setup button for Compliance Monitor.
- Click on the Download button.
- Open the downloaded file.
- Review the Software End User License Agreement.
- Check the box to accept the terms in the License Agreement.
- Click Install.
- Select Finish. Leave Launch Compliance Monitor checked to automatically launch the software.
- Enter your POSaBIT profile email and password.
- Click Login.
- Enter the 6-digit MFA code sent to your mobile phone.
- Click Verify.
- Select the primary business location where you will be using Compliance Monitor. This step will be skipped if you do not have access to multiple business locations.
- You will be prompted to enter the username and password used to login to your POS database. Compliance Monitor will need to be updated if your POS database credentials change.
- The default Host Address, Port, and Database Name will be auto populated. Verify with your POS provider that these settings are correct and update the settings if needed.
- Check the box for each POS location that should be synced.
- Select the corresponding POSaBIT business that the POS location should be synced.
- Click Next.
- Choose a transmission frequency in the Run Every section. Enter a number between 1 and 24.
- Click Finish.
Note: Compliance Monitor is currently only compatible with Windows. You must be the primary contact for your financial institution, an Administrator, or a Manager to setup Compliance Monitor.
