Update Compliance Monitor credentials
You will receive an email notification if your POSaBIT credentials need to be updated in Compliance Monitor. To update your credentials:
- Open Compliance Monitor. Compliance Monitor is typically installed on the server used for your POS system.
- Enter you POSaBIT profile email address and password.
- Click Login.
- Enter the 6-digit MFA code sent to your mobile phone.
- Click Verify.
Note: Compliance Monitor is currently only compatible with Windows. You must be the primary contact for your financial institution, an Administrator, or a Manager to update credentials for Compliance Monitor.
