Update Compliance Monitor credentials

You will receive an email notification if your POSaBIT credentials need to be updated in Compliance Monitor. To update your credentials:

1. Open Compliance Monitor. Compliance Monitor is typically installed on the server used for your POS system.
2. Enter you POSaBIT profile email address and password.
3. Click Login.
4. Enter the 6-digit MFA code sent to your mobile phone.
5. Click Verify.

Note: Compliance Monitor is currently only compatible with Windows. You must be the primary contact for your financial institution, an Administrator, or a Manager to update credentials for Compliance Monitor.
