Why Do I See An Update Not Allowed Error?
Update not allowed is typically displayed when there are too many attempts to update your financial institution credentials in a short period of time.
If you see Update not allowed when you attempt to update your financial institution credentials:
- Wait 20 minutes.
- Login to secure.posabit.com.
- Navigate to Payment source.
- Click Update Credentials and update your financial institution credentials if the update credentials button is still displayed.
- If the Update not allowed error is still displayed click Link New Account to link your checking account again.
