What is Enhanced Verification?
Enhanced verification is when you provide POSaBIT with the first five digits of your social security number. Providing the first five digits of your social security number allows POSaBIT to unlock your pending transaction limit. The information you provide is used for fraud prevention and compliance with U.S. financial regulations.
To complete Enhanced Verification to unlock your limit using the POSaBIT Pay App:
- Login to POSaBIT Pay App.
- Select Settings.
- Select Payment Source.
- Click Unlock Limit.
- Enter the first five digits of your social security number. The information you provide is used for fraud prevention and compliance with U.S. financial regulations.
- Click Save Changes.
- Your pending transaction limit will be removed.
To complete Enhanced Verification to unlock your limit using a browser:
- Login to secure.posabit.com.
- Select Payment Source from the navigation menu.
- Click the Unlock Limit button
- Enter the first five digits of your social security number in the SSN field under Enhanced Verification.
- Click Submit.
- Answer the 4 security questions. Note: You have 4 minutes to complete the questions.
- Click Submit.
- A success confirmation will be displayed and your pending transaction limit will be removed.
