How do I create a support ticket?

If you are using a mobile phone:

Click on the ellipsis to open the navigation menu. Select Tools from the navigation menu and click on Support. You will see our contact center phone number, email address, and a link to the POSaBIT support site. You can also create a support ticket. 

If you are using a desktop computer:

Select Tools from the navigation menu and click on Support. You will see our contact center phone number, email address, and a link to the POSaBIT support site. You can also create a support ticket.
