How to Cancel an Order
- Login to secure.posabit.com
- Select Orders from the navigation menu.
- Select the Pickup or Delivery tab.
- Click the Cancel button for the order that should be cancelled. You must be the primary contact for your financial institution, an administrator, or a manager to cancel an order. The cancel button is not displayed to employees that do not have permission to cancel an order.
- Enter the Reason you are cancelling the order.
- Click Submit.
- A success confirmation will be displayed.
