CCRS - How to Download / Preview CCRS Files
The new Cannabis Central Reporting System (CCRS) requires your venue to submit 7 different reports at least once a week. These reports provide the state with an overview of your inventory, sales, transfers, and more. In order to save you time and effort, we decided to automate both the file creation and upload of these files to your CCRS account. By default, POSaBIT will generate and upload each of these 7 reports every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday as needed. For example, if a report stays static such as the area report, then it isn't required to be uploaded until an area is added, removed, or updated. In that case, POSaBIT won't generate a new file for that report until something changes and CCRS needs to be updated.
Whether you are using POSaBIT's automated file uploading or manually uploading each file, you have the ability to preview each report. This preview allows you to download each CSV file, in order to see exactly what is being uploaded to the CCRS.
Follow the steps below to download and preview a CCRS file:
- Login to the POSaBIT web portal.
- Select the "CCRS" tab from the 'Reports' dropdown at the top of the page.
- Ensure that your date selector is set to show the reports that you would like to preview.
- After locating a report to preview, press the blue "Preview" button to initiate the CSV. download.
- Once the download completes, open the downloaded file to preview the report.
