My bank is listed, but I am having trouble linking my checking account
If you are having trouble linking your checking account you may have an additional layer of security enabled that will prevent the checking account from being linked to your POSaBIT Pay profile. You can contact your financial institution to disable the additional layer of security. Contact POSaBIT support at support@posabit.com or through our chat option if you are still unable to link your checking account.
Note: Only personal checking accounts can be linked to your POsaBIT Pay profile.
