Why is my inventory not pulling properly from the back end?

POSaBIT automatically syncs all customer and product data onto each POS system. However, occasionally you might run into data that is not matching up between your POS device and your back end. If you encounter this error use the following steps to debug and fix this issue:

  1. Ensure that your device is connected to the internet
    • Click HERE to easily determine if your terminal is still connected to the internet
  2. Perform a Long Refresh
    • In order to perform a long refresh hold down the reload icon in the top right-hand corner of the POS
  3. Ensure that the room your products are in is set to be visible to the POS
