How do I connect my payments device to WIFI?

The following article provides step-by-step instructions on how to connect each of your payment devices to the internet:

 

SUNMI & PAX A920:

  1. Swipe up on the app screen, and click the circle icon from the menu (middle button)
  2. Select the "Settings application" from the device home screen
  3. Click "Network & Internet"
  4. Press "Wi-Fi"
  5. Select your Wi-Fi network
  6. When prompted enter your Wi-Fi password
  7. Click the circle icon from the bottom menu a second time
  8. Reopen the POSaBIT CloudPOS application from the device home screen

 

Charge Anywhere Q2:

  1. Power on the Q2 device.
  2. On the device go to the Settings app →WLAN
  3. Turn Wifi On 
  4. Select the Venues Wifi and type in the Wifi Password. The device should now be connected to the wifi.

 

Dejavoo QD2/QD4:

  1. Power on the QD2/QD4 Device.
  2. Select the Android Home Icon “o”.
  3. Once on the Android OS home screen, swipe up from the bottom to see available applications then select “Settings”.
  4. Within the “Settings” application, press “Wi-Fi” found under the “Wireless & networks” sub-category.
  5. Locate your Wi-Fi network from the list of available networks.
  6. Enter your Wi-Fi password then press “Connect”.
  7. Once connected to Wi-Fi, press the home button “o”, swipe up on the home screen, and select the “Aura” application to return to the payment application.

 

How to connect P-Series to WiFi? 

  1. Power on the P-Series Device.
  2. Select the Android Home Icon “o”.
  3. Enter the system PIN (336686) and select “OK”.
  4. Once on the Android OS home screen, swipe up from the bottom to see available applications then select “Settings”.
  5. Within the “Settings” application, press “Wi-Fi” found under the “Wireless & networks” sub-category.
  6. Locate your Wi-Fi network from the list of available networks.
  7. Enter your Wi-Fi password then press “Connect”.
  8. Once connected to Wi-Fi, press the home button “o”, swipe up on the home screen, and select the “DvPayLite” application to return to the payment application.
