How do I connect my payments device to WIFI?
The following article provides step-by-step instructions on how to connect each of your payment devices to the internet:
Dejavoo QD2/QD4:
- Power on the QD2/QD4 Device.
- Select the Android Home Icon “o”.
- Once on the Android OS home screen, swipe up from the bottom to see available applications then select Settings.
- Within the “Settings” application, press WLAN.
- Locate your Wi-Fi network from the list of available networks.
- Enter your Wi-Fi password then press Connect.
- Once connected to Wi-Fi, press the home button “o”, swipe up on the home screen, and select the POSaBIT Cloud POS or OPC application (depending on device configuration) to return to the payment application.
Nexgo N5:
- Swipe down from the top of the screen.
- Press and hold the Wi-Fi Icon.
- Locate your Wi-Fi network from the list of available networks.
- Enter your Wi-Fi password then press Connect.
- Once connected to Wi-Fi, swipe up from the bottom of the screen to bring up the navigation bar and press the home button "o", then select the POSaBIT Cloud POS application.
