How do I Log into the Payments App if I get Logged Out?

If you become logged out of the POSaBIT Payments app, you will be prompted to enter a 6 digit alphanumeric PIN code that corresponds to your store.

This 6-digit PIN can be found within the POSaBIT payments portal under Account -> Terminals.

The following is an example of what the PIN login will look like on the latest POSaBIT application:

 

 

If a PIN is unsuccessful in logging you into the correct venue, you can reset the PIN for that location. This will require you to log back in using the new PIN on all devices.
