When to clear out the data within the POSaBIT app?
Very Rarely the POSaBIT app can get stuck in a cached loop that doesn’t let you perform any actions. When this occurs you will need to delete all cached data from the POSaBIT app in order to return it to a usable state.
How to clear out the data on the POSaBIT app?
- Swipe up on the screen or press the ‘o’ button in the bottom Android menu to return to the main Android home screen.
- Select the “Settings” application.
- In ‘Settings’, scroll down and select the “Apps” button found under the “Device” section.
- On the apps page, scroll down and select the POSaBIT CloudPOS app.
- On the POSaBIT CloudPOS app info page, select “Storage”
- Finally, under storage press, the button labeled “Clear Data”. This will automatically wipe all data within the POSaBIT app.
When you do this it will sign you out of the POSaBIT app. To log back into the app, reach out to the POSaBIT support so they can provide you with the login information that should be used to log back into your venue.
