What does the "POSaBIT Cloud App Has Failed" error mean?

The "POSaBIT Cloud App Has Failed" indicates a fatal error has occurred causing the POSaBIT application to crash. This occurs when a larger issue on the POS overloads the app causing the application to fail. 


What should you do if this occurs:

  1. Collect as much information on how this issue occurred. 
    • What action were you attempting when the crash happened? 
    • Are you able to replicate the issue?
    • Does this only occur for certain products/customers?

  2. Notify POSaBIT support that you encountered a crash and provide them with the details above. This information is vital to help us investigate and fix the underlying issue
