How to check that your POSaBIT app is up-to-date

Sometimes when you are running into issues on your POS, the simplest fix can be getting your terminal up-to-date. For each POS type there is a different way to check.

HP

  1. Ensure that the device is connected to Scalefusion
  2. Press the 3 dots in the top right of the Scalefusion engage console and check for updates

ELO

  1. Ensure that the device is connected to the EloView control panel by holding down the Home and Power buttons
  2. Device updates that are queued should push once the device is connected to the control panel.

PAX

  1. Check the app store for any available POSaBIT app updates.
