What If My POS Provider Has an Outage?

You can still accept Hypur as a form of payment!

Follow your manual transaction processing procedure to maintain inventory accuracy.
Login to secure.hypur.com.
Select Hypur Pay from the navigation menu.
Click on your customers name on the list of checked-in customers.
Enter the payment amount.
Click the Pay with Hypur button.
Provide your customer with the USB number pad to enter their PAC.
Click Authorize.
A success confirmation will be displayed when the payment is complete.
