Ringing up a Guest Customer

If a customer is not interested in creating a profile - no worries, that can be easily bypassed if they are a recreational customer! Medical customers must create a profile because medical ID and expiration date must be captured with the sale.

To check out a guest customer, follow these steps:

  1. Enter the employee pin on the POS
  2. Click the Add New Customer or Guest button
  3. Select the teal Guest button in the top right corner
  4. Scan or Enter the customer's date of birth(if prompted). Age verification is an optional setting for guest checkouts. The customer's ID information is not saved if their ID is scanned, and is used to check if they are of age (21+).
  5. Ring up the Guest's products as usual, and send the customer on their way once the sale has been completed!
