How Do I Send A Payment Request Reminder?

To send a payment request reminder:

  1. Login to secure.hypur.com.
  2. Click on Payments in the navigation menu.
  3. Select the Outgoing Requests tab. mceclip0.png
  4. click on the Remind button. mceclip1.png
  5. Click Yes to confirm the payment request reminder.
  6. A success confirmation will be displayed.

Note: Payment request reminders only be sent once every 24 hours.
