How to Connect a POSaBIT Debit Terminal to the POSaBIT POS?
You will need to connect your debit terminals to the POSaBIT POS upon onboarding, as well as any time you receive a replacement terminal, or if your terminal gets disconnected for any other reason.
When disconnected from the POS, you will be required to perform a few quick steps to reconnect the terminals.
Follow the steps below to learn how to reconnect these two terminals:
- Enter your employee pin on the POS to login
- Select the hamburger menu in the upper left corner of the POS
- Go to the Settings tab
- Choose the payments terminal you are trying to connect to from the dropdown list. Your POSaBIT payments terminal and POSaBIT POS terminal should now be connected.
