Why aren't my discounts applying properly?

Discounts apply based on preset settings set using the POSaBIT web portal. There are several settings on both the discount and product details that can determine how and if a discount applies. Below are several different ways that we suggest you use to determine why your discounts aren't applying properly:


  1. Ensure that your discount settings are correct.

  2. Ensure none of your products are missing important data such as brand, supplier, and expiration date.

  3. Enable/Disable Discount Stacking in Inventory Settings.
