Why aren't my JSON files importing properly for incoming manifests? (Washington Only)

Sometimes the CCRS JSON files can encounter issues while importing, this is often due to issues with the JSON itself. If you encounter an issue while uploading a JSON file for a new incoming manifests we recommend you:

  1. Try deleting the manifest that was missing data and re-upload the JSON file.
  2. Send your venue name along with the JSON file to POSaBIT support so we can determine if the JSON file is missing data.
  3. Lastly, reach out to your supplier so they can generate and send you a new JSON file.
