How do I perform a full or partial software download on the Dejavoo QD2/QD4 Debit Terminal?
If a debit terminal gets stuck in a certain state that is blocking your from running transactions, you may need to run a full or partial software download to get the device back into a working state. The following steps outline how to perform a partial / full software download on a Dejavoo QD2 / QD4:
- Open the Aura app from the device's home screen.
- Click on the hamburger menu at the bottom left of the screen. Whenever prompted for a MANAGER PIN, enter 1234.
- Select "Utility"
- Select "Software Download"
- Select "Connect"
- Select "Network"
- Select "Full"
- The TPN should already be entered, you can confirm and the software download will proceed.
- If the TPN is blank, please reach out to Support to confirm which TPN is needed.
