How do I perform a full or partial software download on the Dejavoo QD2/QD4 Debit Terminal?

If a debit terminal gets stuck in a certain state that is blocking your from running transactions, you may need to run a full or partial software download to get the device back into a working state. The following steps outline how to perform a partial / full software download on a Dejavoo QD2 / QD4:

  1. Open the Aura app from the device's home screen.
  2. Click on the hamburger menu at the bottom left of the screen. Whenever prompted for a MANAGER PIN, enter 1234.
  3. Select "Utility"
  4. Select "Software Download"
  5. Select "Connect"
  6. Select "Network"
  7. Select "Full"
  8. The TPN should already be entered, you can confirm and the software download will proceed.
    1. If the TPN is blank, please reach out to Support to confirm which TPN is needed.
