How to Perform a Long Refresh on the Point of Sale Terminal

The refresh button on your point of sale terminal (located in the top right corner of the screen) can be pressed and held down to initiate a 'long refresh' on the terminal. Doing this will update all terminal settings, products, inventory, discounts, and customer data on your device.
A long refresh should be used minimally and as needed when you need a full refresh on your terminals, as it can take several minutes for the terminal to reload.
