Are you looking to streamline cleaning up your product images or add brand consistency across your inventory? Learn how to efficiently bulk add or remove images from products with ease. Follow the steps below to simplify your image management process:
How to Bulk Add an Image to Products:
Log in to the POSaBIT POS Portal.
Navigate to the Product Details page.
Filter for the products you want to assign the same image to and either bulk check or individually select the products.
Once the desired products are selected, click the orange "Edit Checked" button located at the top right of the page.From the opened page:
Scroll towards the bottom to find the "Attach New Images" option.
Multiple images can be associated with a product, and you can drag images to rearrange their display order.
** For POSaBIT POS & Menus: Multiple images is not yet implemented on POSaBIT menus or the POS and will be included as an enhancement in our v2 update to the Image Gallery.
** For 3rd Party Menus: the use of multiple images will need to be consumed via the integration with your menu provider. If you are interested in this functionality, please consult with your menu provider to discuss utlizing this feature.
Choose to search for the desired image from the existing image gallery or select "Upload Images" to add a new image.
After selecting the image, click "Save."
Upon saving, you'll receive a confirmation of the product details change and a warning that it may take a few minutes to update all the products. Your new product images will be updated shortly.
How to Bulk Remove Images from Products:
Log in to the POSaBIT POS Portal.
Navigate to the Product Details page.
Filter for the products you want to remove images from and either bulk check or individually select the products.
Once the desired products are selected, click the orange "Edit Checked" button located at the top right of the page.From the opened page:
Scroll towards the bottom to find the "Remove Attached Images" option and check it.
Warning: This action will remove ALL images attached to the selected products.
After checking the option, click "Save."
Upon saving, you'll receive a confirmation of the product details change and a warning that it may take a few minutes to update all the products. Your product images will be updated shortly.
With these straightforward steps, you can efficiently manage your product images, ensuring consistency and clarity across your inventory.
