How to Reject a Manifest in a Biotrack State

If you need to reject an incoming manifest while operating in a state that uses Biotrack as the state tracking system, you will need to follow the steps below: 

  1. Login to POSaBIT POS portal
  2. Navigate to the Inventory tab --> Incoming Manifests
  3. Select the manifest you'd like to reject (must be a pending manifest)
  4. Click the red Reject button. Next, a popup to confirm rejecting the manifest will appear, click OK.

  5. You have now successfully rejected the manifest and will need to reach out to the supplier to void the manifest on their end. There are no more steps to complete on the POSaBIT portal.
