How to Unlink Springbig and Migrate to POSaBIT Loyalty

If you are migrating away from Springbig loyalty and moving to try POSaBIT's loyalty program, we built out a simple migration tool to speed up this process.

  1. Login to POSaBIT's POS Portal
  2. Go to the Settings tab --> Integrations
  3. Locate the Springbig integration and click the green Edit button.
  4. Near the bottom of the page, select the red Request Migration button.
    1. Notice: You will want to perform this overnight
  5. Wait for the migration to take place.
