Loyalty: How to Turn POSaBIT Loyalty On

POSaBIT's loyalty program is easy to enable and allows you to get different rewards and programs set up quickly. Loyalty members will be able to accrue points that will allow them to redeem rewards after certain benchmarks are reached. 

 

How to Disable your Previous Loyalty Program

In order to turn POSaBIT loyalty ON, you cannot have any 3rd party loyalty program actively integrated into your system. If you haven't had a previous loyalty program, you can skip these steps.

  1. To disable your previous loyalty program, go into the POSaBIT POS portal, and go to the Settings dropdown and select the Integrations tab.
  2. From the integrations page, select Edit on the loyalty program you previously had set up.
  3. Once you're on your previous loyalty programs edit page, unclick the Active? checkbox to disable that loyalty program. 
  4. Do this for all previous loyalty programs you had active.

 

How to Enable POSaBIT's Loyalty Program

  1. From the POSaBIT POS Portal, go to the Settings menu tab, then select Account Information.
  2. Under the Customers section on this page, there are two settings you can enable to turn POSaBIT loyalty on. 
    • POSaBIT Loyalty: Track Loyalty Points 
      • This enables POSaBIT loyalty for all your loyalty member customers
    • POSaBIT Loyalty: Track Employee Loyalty Points
      • This allows your employees to accrue points on their purchases

  3. Once you enable either of these settings, your POSaBIT loyalty program is now ON and will track customer or employee points.
