What to do if the App is not Opening

If you run into trouble with the Sunmi device being unresponsive or have an issue with opening the POSaBIT app, the best course of action is to reboot the device.

To Reboot your Sunmi:

  1. Hold down, then let go of, the button on the top left side of the Sunmi.
  2. The screen will go black, with two options: Reboot or Power off - select Reboot.
  3. Once the device reboots and turns back on, reopen the app.
