CCRS - How to Manually Upload a CSV File to CCRS

The new Cannabis Central Reporting System (CCRS) requires your venue submit 7 different reports at least once a week. These reports provide the state with an overview of your inventory, sales, transfers and more. In order to save you time and effort, we decided to automate both the file creation and upload of these files to your CCRS account. By default, POSaBIT will generate and upload each of these 7 reports every night as needed. For example, if a report stays static such as the area report, then it isn't required to be uploaded until an area is added, removed, or updated. In that case, POSaBIT won't generate a new file for that report until something changes and CCRS needs to be updated.

However, we also offer the ability to disable the automatic uploads if your venue chooses to do so. Learn how to disable the automatic uploads HERE. If your venue chooses to disable automatic uploads, POSaBIT will still generate the CSV files as needed. Therefore, you will be required to login to the POSaBIT portal, view what reports have been generated, and press "upload" on each individual report.

Follow the steps below to learn how to manually upload a CSV file to CCRS:

  1. Login to the POSaBIT web portal
  2. Select "Files" from the 'reports' dropdown at the top of the page
  3. Ensure that your date selector is set to show all reports that have been generated since you last did a manual upload.
  4. For each report listed on the table that has not been uploaded, press the turquoise button labeled "Upload" on the right hand side of each row. (Note: this upload can take up to 5 minutes)
  5. Once uploaded, a green checkmark will appear on each row under the column "Uploaded"
