How do you report a defective terminal?
Hardware can break due to a multitude of reasons from dropping the device to general heavy use over time. If you have a device that needs to be replaced please use the following steps to do so:
- Collect the serial number of the device that is broken
- Write a brief description of the issues you are having with the debit terminal
- Reach out to POSaBIT support and provide the details above
