How to perform a Return or Refund with POB using a 3rd Party POS

When a customer uses POB to purchase a product, and then later returns an item from their order, you will be able to do the whole refund through the POS. This process is very similar to refunding a customer who paid with cash. In other words, when a customer pays with POB (card) and returns an item, they will receive the refund in cash. You will need to locate the sale on your POS and perform a normal refund as you normally would on your other providers' POS. 

 

POSaBIT does not provide POB refunds back via direct deposit or any other form of electronic refund. The refund for a POB purchase will always be given in cash.
