Account Information Settings Overview
POSaBIT's portal is a powerful and useful tool that is built to help you monitor and control everything that is taking place in your store. The Account Information settings page is where you set all the important account information, such as store name, region(state), timezone, add a logo, status of the store, premium features, and more.
Follow the steps below to locate your venue's Account Information settings:
- Log in to the POSaBIT web portal - https://app.posabit.com
- Select Account Information found under the settings drop-down located at the top of the screen
Settings
- General
- Name: Name of Venue
- Display Name: The name you refer to this store as
- Legal Entity: The legal name of the business
- Primary Email: The email of the primary user
- Category: Store, Dispensary, CBD Store, Other
- Slug: Used in the URL for a POSaBIT ecommerce menu
- Timezone
- Logo: Upload your company logo to appear in the upper left corner of your portal
- Status
- Is Active: If Venue is De-Activated, Active Terminals will not be added to billing
- Allow Out of State Medical Customers: If enabled, Medical customers from out of state will be allowed.
- Premium Features
- Daily Debit: Ignore this setting unless otherwise stated from your POSaBIT support agent
- Merchant Default Venue: This is the default venue that will be displayed when a customer lands in the mobile app. There can be only one default venue for a merchant.
- Customers
- Telephone Number: Store phone #
- Referral Sources: List out all referral sources that customers could refer to when creating a new customer profile.
- POSaBIT Loyalty Options: Enable these flags based on your ideal loyalty setup
- POSaBIT Loyalty: Track Loyalty Points
- POSaBIT Loyalty: Track Employee Loyalty Points
- POSaBIT Loyalty: Use Pre-Tax Amount for Loyalty Points
