Order Pad Overview

The streamlined Order Pad provides easy access to In-Store, Pickup, and Delivery orders in the same place. Using real-time updating you can easily track your orders as they move between the new, processing, and filled states. Additionally, you can easily view product information, print receipts, and add notes directly from the Order Pad.

Using the convenient order type filter located at the top of the screen you can select what types of orders should be displayed within the order pad on each terminal.

Pickup Orders:

Pickup orders include any order that is submitted either online or over the phone where the customer needs to come in and pick up their order from your venue. POSaBIT's online menu and order pad are fully integrated and automatically send new pickup orders directly to your point of sale terminal. Designed to keep you more informed the Order Pad is an easy way to track orders from when the order is created to when the purchase is completed. Store Orders: 

POSaBIT's store ordering allows for budtenders to easily save and revisit orders without losing any progress. Maybe a customer forgot their wallet or needs to run to the ATM, this allows you to help other customers in the meantime and easily return to the previous order. Delivery Orders: 

Delivery orders include any order that is submitted either online or over the phone where the products are being directly delivered to the customer. POSaBIT's online menu and order pad are fully integrated and automatically send new delivery orders directly to your point of sale terminal. Designed to keep you more informed the Order Pad is an easy way to track orders from when the order is created to when the purchase is completed.
