Confirming Transaction Status on Dejavoo Debit Device

If your location is using a Dejavoo QD2 / QD4 device, there is a Daily Report that can be printed in order to look at the day's transactions on each device. This can be especially useful if there is any uncertainty that a transaction went through with the POSaBIT app (i.e. lost internet connection, app crash, device reboot).

 

To run this report, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Aura app from the device's home screen.
  2. Enter the hamburger menu (bottom left of the screen).
  3. Select "Reports".
  4. Select "Daily Report" (manager password is 1234).
  5. Receipt will print showing all of the day’s transactions in chronological order.

If the transaction in question is not listed at the bottom, it did not go through and can be safely reattempted in the POSABIT app.
