How to Perform a Network Test on a Dejavoo Payment Terminal

Learn how to perform a network test on a Dejavoo Payment terminal below:

  1. Exit the POSaBIT App by clicking the 'o' at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Open the Settings app on the device's home screen
  3. From the Settings, click the "Self-check" button
  4. Next, click the "Network" button and a popup will open. Click "Wifi Network".
  5. A screen displaying "Please make sure the wifi network is connected" with a "Test Wifi" button. Click the "Test Wifi" button to perform the network test. This test will take a moment and then will let the user know if the wifi connection is stable or not.

What if it fails?

We suggest testing the connection again. If it fails again, reset the network settings. If it still fails, call a network technician.
