How to Access Purchase History Via a POSaBIT Ecomm Menu

Logged-in users can view their complete purchase history and quickly re-order favorite products from past transactions using the "Buy Again" feature.

Follow the steps below to access past orders and re-purchase items.

Step 1: Log In to the Account

To view private purchase history, the user must first log in.

  1. Open the store's online menu.
  2. Select the Profile Icon in the top right-hand corner.
  3. Click Login | Sign Up.
  4. Enter the phone number associated with the account.
  5. Choose a login method:
    • SEND CODE: Receive a One-Time PIN (OTP) via SMS (Recommended).
    • Login with Password: Enter the account password.

Note: If the user has a loyalty account but no password, they should use the SEND CODE option.

Step 2: Access Purchase History

Once logged in:

  1. Select the Profile Icon in the top right-hand corner of the menu again.
  2. Click History from the dropdown menu.
  3. The History page will display a list of all purchases made at this venue using the loyalty account.

Step 3: View Transaction Details

  1. Scroll through the history list to locate the specific past transaction containing the desired product.
  2. Click on the transaction to open it.
  3. A Transaction Overview will appear, displaying the date, total, and a list of all products purchased in that specific order.

Step 4: Re-Order a Product

To add an item from a past order to the current cart:

  1. Identify the product within the Transaction Overview list.
  2. Click the BUY AGAIN button next to the item.
  3. The product is immediately added to the user's active shopping cart.
