How to Create a Loyalty Account Using a POSaBIT Ecomm Menu
Consumers can create a new loyalty account directly from the online menu. This allows them to immediately start earning points, tracking purchase history, and managing their personal information.
Follow the steps below to create a new account.
Step 1: Open the Sign-Up Form
- Navigate to the store's online menu.
- Select the Profile Icon located in the top right-hand corner of the menu.
- Click the Login | Sign Up button within the dropdown menu.
- Select the Sign up now link/button to open the account creation form.
Step 2: Enter Personal Information
The user must fill in the following required fields on the registration form:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
Once the information is entered, click Continue.
Step 3: Verify Phone Number
Upon clicking Continue, a One-Time PIN (OTP) is sent via text message to the phone number provided.
- Retrieve the 4-digit PIN from the SMS message.
- Enter the code into the verification field on the menu.
Step 4: Complete Registration
Click Create Account to finalize the process.
Once the account is successfully created, the user is automatically logged in. They can now access their dashboard to edit personal information, view purchase history, and view/redeem loyalty points.
