How to Log Into a POSaBIT Ecomm Menu
Logging into a loyalty account on the online menu allows the consumer to view their purchase history, track rewards points, and redeem offers during checkout.
Follow the steps below to complete the login process.
Step 1: Open the Login Screen
- Navigate to the store's online menu.
- Select the Profile Icon located in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- Click Login | Sign Up within the dropdown menu that appears.
Step 2: Enter Phone Number
The user must enter the mobile phone number associated with their loyalty account. Once entered, two options are available to verify identity:
Option A: Login via SMS (Recommended)
- Select SEND CODE.
- A One-Time PIN (OTP) is sent via text message to the user's phone number.
- The user enters the received code into the menu to log in.
Option B: Login with Password
- Select Login with Password.
- The user enters the password associated with the account.
- Click Log In.Many loyalty accounts are created in-store and may not have a password set up yet. If a consumer has a loyalty account but does not have a password, it is recommended to use the SEND CODE option.

Step 3: Access Dashboard
Once successfully logged in, the consumer is redirected to the menu. They can select the Profile Icon again to access their dashboard to perform the following actions:
- Edit personal information (Name, Email, Phone).
- View past purchase history.
- View and redeem available loyalty points.
