How to Redeem Loyalty Points on a POSaBIT Ecomm Menu
Users can redeem their accumulated loyalty points for rewards directly within the checkout flow of the online menu.
Follow the steps below to apply a reward to an order.
Step 1: Log In to the Account
Before redeeming points, the user must be logged in to their loyalty account.
- Open the store's online menu.
- Select the Profile Icon in the top right-hand corner.
- Click Login | Sign Up and enter the required credentials (Phone Number and OTP or Password).

Step 2: Proceed to Checkout
- The user adds items to their cart as normal.
- Once ready, select the Cart Icon in the top right corner.
- Click Checkout on the pop-out drawer menu.
Step 3: Select a Reward
On the checkout screen, scroll down to the section titled Loyalty Rewards.
- Best Reward View: By default, the system displays the best single reward available based on the user's current point balance.
- View All Rewards: To view other options, the user can click the Expand button in the bottom right of the section to see a full list of available rewards.
Step 4: Redeem Points
Once the desired reward is located, click the REDEEM button next to the offer. The discount is applied to the order total immediately, and the points are deducted from the user's balance.
Removing a Reward
If the user decides not to use the reward after applying it:
- Locate the applied reward in the Loyalty Rewards section.
- Click the Remove button (which replaces the REDEEM button).
- The discount is removed from the cart, and the points are returned to the user's account balance.
